Ease the Pain of Being Glutened

I just saw this post about ways to minimize the misery if you get glutened and thought I'd pass it along: Five Things You Can Do To Reduce Gluten Side Effects.

I am fond of this article for 2 reasons: (1) They use the word 'glutened,' which I've been using for ages because apparently 'poisoned' sounds overly dramatic to non-glutards, and (2) There are some simple, practical tips. Stick to a mild diet and drink lots of water/electrolyte beverages to help flush out the toxins. 

I hope you don't get glutened (but you probably will at some point if you don't always prep your own food), and that these tips ease the suffering if you do.
